Plans, implements, and coordinates marketing activities based on marketing plans to maximize each brand’s sales potential.
Job Duties:
- Execute Marketing plans in coordination with production agencies, retailers, and the Sales Team.
- Manage local adaptation of designs and visuals according to the brand’s approved guidelines.

Oversee the deployment of all POS materials in alignment with regional marketing plans for each supplier.
- Update and create planograms (e.g., back walls, GTUs) and ensure execution with merchandisers' planograms for special customized units. Follows up the execution on the field with the merchandisers.
- Prepare presentations for marketing activities to be shared with suppliers after MM approval.

Define visibility standards for new store openings in coordination with MM and SM (e.g., availability and size of stands/back walls, prime in-store location, production or personalization, and additional visibility).
- Follow up on the delivery of all permanent and temporary assets for new store openings.
- Develop and submit local monthly promotion calendars to MM for validation and share the final plan with the Sales Manager.
- Audit field alignment with visibility standards, report to MM and coordinate actions with merchandisers.
- Monitor competitive actions, report findings to MM and SM, and respond promptly to threats.

Report market visit findings internally to MM and SM, and follow up on corrective actions.

Fill out and share monthly sales and stock reports for each brand with suppliers after MM validation.

Assist the Sales Team in setting targets and identifying new potential customers or distribution channels.

Contribute to planning assortments at POS to maximize overall brand potential.

Assist with dormant stock issues through corrective marketing actions.

Place orders for suppliers as needed, in line with marketing plans and initiatives.

Prepare and present training (product knowledge and sales briefs) to the sales team and brand ambassadors (BAs).

Analyze brand sales and performance metrics to support marketing and sales strategies.

Partner with the Sales Team to maximize local marketing opportunities and identify synergies with other product categories.

- Prepare proposals and simulations to support new or potential points of sale.

any related field
