​Al Mouyasser – Fattal Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to join our Beauty Division.

The Brand Manager will plan, implement, and coordinate marketing activities to maximize the sales potential of the beauty brands, ensuring alignment with annual budgets and strategic objectives. This role requires creativity, strong planning skills, and an analytical mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Job Duties:   

 

Planning:


  • Define Visibility Standards, planograms, and POS material, in coordination with the supplier.
  • Assist the sales manager in setting targets by brand, channel, and region.
  • Assist the sales manager in setting stock lists by channel.
  •  Contribute to the brand’s SKU planning & rationalization to maximize overall brand potential.
  • Sets pricing with the sales manager and suppliers to maximize competitiveness + brand profitability and defines Price structures reflecting competitive trade margins of category.
  • Sets Annual Promotion Plans & Budgets aligning with KFF marketing plan formats.
  • Plans & places orders based on Forecasts, with the Sales & Unit Manager.
  • Identifies with Sales Managers new untapped potential channels of distribution.


Executing:

 

  • Present & negotiate annual budgets & promotions with suppliers
  • Execute promotion plans, liaise with agencies, and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Measure the outcome of BTL & ATL campaigns and reports to suppliers.
  • Develop visibility and MSL guideline booklets, to be submitted to the sales manager.
  •  Follow up visibility standards execution on the field with the sales Manager.
  • Concept sell briefs / competitive argumentation to sales and promoters.
  • Develop monthly promotion calendars and submit them to the sales manager.
  • Submit briefs to agencies for ATL & BTL promotion direction (when needed).
  • Contribute to all research needed to ensure proper shopper & consumer understanding.

 

Monitoring:

 

  • Analyze sales performance vs. forecasts and take marketing actions with SM.
  • Assist team in dormant stocks (if occurring) through corrective marketing actions.
  • Scrutinize Retail audits, identify opportunities, and take action with the sales manager.
  • Monitor all competitive actions, share with the team, and respond to threats.
  • Audit A&P spending alignment with A&P budget and takes corrective action.
  • Monitor share of BTL spending versus main competitors and take action.
  • Audit field alignment of visibility standards and take action.

 

Reporting:

 

  • Ensure the submission of timely & accurate sales and stock reports to suppliers.
  • Report all marketing actions to the supplier, inclusive of key account actions.
  • Coordinate issuing debit notes to suppliers and following up on settlements with the financial coordinator.
  • Report market visit findings internally and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Submit competitive intelligence reports to the supplier.
  • Submit best practice initiatives to the marketing development department.



General:

Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by a direct Manager, support to other units, providing on-the-job training, etc.

Qualifications 

  • ​ducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a brand management or similar role, preferably within the beauty or FMCG sectors.
  • Languages: Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Result-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Initiative-driven with strong follow-up capabilities.
