We are looking for a motivated and creative HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources. The selected candidate will support HR operations, learning and development activities, and help foster a positive and ethical work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR operations and coordination tasks
- Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities
- Help implement learning and development plans
- Support in designing and delivering team-building and staff engagement activities
- Maintain organized HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and ethical workplace culture
- Monitor attendance and report when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the Iraqi labor law.
- Participate in HR projects as needed.
Location : Baghdad
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in designing activities and organizing team-building sessions is a plus
- Positive attitude, high ethical standards, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to travel outside Baghdad when needed
- Good command of Microsoft Office
