Al-Mouyasser - fattal group is looking for marketing coordinator to Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities across all stores and channels. Ensure brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and store-level alignment with marketing goals to drive customer engagement and sales growth
Responsibilities
- Store Marketing – Plan and execute monthly/seasonal visuals, promotions, and events; liaise with designers, suppliers, and warehouse; manage marketing inventory and stock.
- Digital & Influencer Coordination – Collect store content, coordinate influencer collaborations, ensure consistent digital presence, and monitor competitor activities.
- Brand Communication – Lead product launches and campaigns, dispatch promotional materials, and maintain brand consistency.
- Reporting & Insights – Track campaign KPIs/ROI, compile reports, and turn customer/staff feedback into action.
Must Have
- 2–4 years in marketing coordination or retail marketing
- Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, or related field
- Fluent Arabic & good English
- Organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, accountability
- Microsoft Office proficiency; basic Canva/Photoshop
- Retail/FMCG experience preferred
- Knowledge of social media trends & basic data reporting
