Medical Scientific Liaison

Act as a bridge between the company and the medical community, providing scientific and clinical expertise to support our products.

Job Duties:

• Follow up with treating physicians and KOLs in one-to-one meetings.
• Provide accurate and balanced scientific information to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders.
• Support clinical development and research activities by sharing insights from the medical community.
• Identify and develop relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders in the medical and scientific community.
• Facilitate scientific discussions and exchange of information with KOLs.
• Organize and participate in advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific meetings.
• Develop and deliver scientific presentations and training programs for HCPs, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide medical education and support for clinical trials and post-marketing studies.
• Collaborate with medical education teams to develop educational materials and resources.
• Support the design, initiation, and conduct of clinical trials.
• Assist in identifying suitable clinical trial sites and investigators.
• Provide scientific support and training for clinical trial teams.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to support medical and scientific strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to the medical and commercial teams based on field observations.
• Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in all interactions and activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Hematology and Immunology areas and industry trends.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and quality.
