We are seeking qualified and motivated Medical Scientific Liaisons to join our Healthcare Division at AlMouyasser Company, part of Fattal Group. This position focuses on building strong scientific engagement with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while enhancing medical knowledge, disease awareness, and gathering market insights. The role combines scientific fieldwork, educational support, and strategic communication in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scientific Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:
- Serve as a scientific and clinical expert on the company’s products and related therapeutic areas.
- Disseminate up-to-date scientific data, clinical evidence, and product information to HCPs through various communication channels.
- Engage in scientific exchange with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and researchers.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Attend and represent the company at national and international scientific conferences, medical meetings, and advisory boards.
- Organize and facilitate advisory board meetings to gather insights and feedback on products and research.
- Clinical and Medical Support:
- Provide medical and scientific support for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
- Support clinical development teams by identifying and engaging potential clinical trial sites and investigators.
- Collaborate with medical information and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of product safety information.
- Training and Education:
- Develop and deliver scientific presentations and training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Educate and train the sales force on clinical and scientific aspects of the company’s products.
- -Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of interactions with HCPs and KOLs.
Qualifications
- - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in a
- medical affair or MSL role (0-2 years).
- - Strong knowledge of the therapeutic area (Hemato-Oncology & Immunology).
- - Proven experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with KOLs and HCPss
