Almouysser – Fattal Group is looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to lead and oversee all office operations in Erbil. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative procedures, support internal teams, manage vendors and logistics, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Duties:
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- plan and manage all in-house and off-site activities for the company.
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff on all office management-related queries.
- Prepare the annual office budget, monitor spending, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with agencies or airlines to secure cost-effective bookings.
- Liaise with the IT department for all office-related IT equipment and needs.
- Handle contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers.
- Lead the planning and execution of company events and internal functions.
- Maintain and monitor office supplies and furniture inventory.
- Ensure the office is safe, secure, and compliant with company standards.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar office management role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
