Responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, comments, and orders across our social media platforms.
Job Duties:
- Monitor and engage with customers on various social media Instagram - Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
- - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- - Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all customer interactions, representing our brand values and image.
- - Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses to customers.
- - Coordinate with the delivery company to ensure timely product delivery.
- - Collect a database containing customer names and contact numbers for record keeping.
General:
Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by a direct supervisor, support to other units, providing on-the-job training, etc.
Qualifications

6 months at least in Social media and Beauty
- Fluency in Arabic and Basic knowledge of English
- Good understanding of social media platform
